Meet the Pros
Al, master mechanic and owner, started repairing vehicles alongside his father at the age of 7. He graduated from Wayne State University in 1984 with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Al has 17 years of automotive shop ownership. He also has several years management at various franchise auto repair shops and auto dealerships. Al has worked on every imaginable vehicle from earth-movers to Lamborghinis to lawn mowers and everything in between. He states “I believe repairing vehicles is my calling and my mechanical ability is a gift to be shared with others.”
Aaron, is Al’s son and began assisting his father with various mechanical repairs at the age of 10. (My how history repeats itself!) He has honed his mechanical abilities over the years. Aaron developed a passion for dirt bike racing and worked diligently to repair, maintain, and improve his own dirt bike. Aaron has repaired many types of vehicles including motorcycles, Ebikes, and ATVs. Aaron states he mostly enjoys repairing Ford vehicles as he spent and extensive amount of time employed at one of their dealerships. Aaron is ASE certified and commutes from Phoenix to work at Ultimate Automotive Repair with his father.
In the Office
Rose is the first person you’ll meet when you walk into the waiting room. She was once a customer of Al’s. Now married to Al, she is responsible for the office and waiting room area, including the décor which is unmatched in uniqueness. Rose’s background is medical, so she brings the “critical female, non-mechanical” point of view to the shop dynamics. She helped construct the waiting room expansion and ensured that the space would be cozy, warm, and inviting. Her critical voice stated “I don’t want to hear noise or smell fumes while sitting in the waiting room and I don’t want greasy dirty chairs to sit on. I want this space to be extraordinary.” Extra steps were taken to achieve this goal.
