Extra Effort
Friend Al, A brief note to express my appreciation
for your extra effort to get me down the road. The
trip home was uneventful. While the repair was
not a major effort by your standards, it was a real
show stopper for me.
You were busy when I arrived and when you
realized the fix I was in, you set aside other tasks
and worked on a hot engine. The price you
charged was certainly inappropriate for "saving my
bacon".
Laurie and I both value your friendship not just for
this event but the way you have treated us over the
past couple of years.

Shuttle U Prescott
My experience in dealing with sub-contractors as
Materials Manager & in Project Management , has
been one of small disappointments to complete
outrage. I've become accustomed to hearing
excuses and "I'll get back to you on that." Al
Beseler just doesn't believe inexcuses. He
completes the work on time. I've been charged
less than the original estimate. And to top it off, I
don't have to bring it back in a week to have the
same problem fixed all over again! I've sent so
many people to Ultimate Automotive who have
come back to thank me, that I feel guilty for
accepting credit. So I'm sending this letter of my
extreme appreciation to Al -Rose - Aaron and the
excellent crew that have worked until after midnight
on occasions to make certain the Shuttle U vans
are always road worthy and safe. There are still
companies that practice customer service and
integrity - that inspire customer Confidence.
Ultimate Automotive certainly heads that list.

Thank you for your expert workmanship, and the
State-of-The Art Procedure of explanations, or
descriptions of work rendered regarding entailed
replacement parts on both fuel lines going to the
fuel injector rail on my 1991 Chrysler LeBaron
Convertible! The science and engineering of the
parts were very interesting! I like detail. I'm a
seamstress, and details are my expertise, it's
parallel to my work.
I feel most fortunate for your expert workmanship,
resolution, fair price, and for the shuttle ride.

One place for all my vehicles
I have a pick-up truck, a 24 foot Class C RV, and a
SUV. And NOW one place I trust to take them all.
Al carefully explains what needs to be done, or not
done in some cases. He explains when it will be
completed and how much it will cost.
The office/lounge is CLEAN, comfortable, and cozy
with a fireplace and flowers. There is always a
FRESH cup of coffee available to go with the
truffles!
Could you ask for more? Of course! Robyn
provides the smile and conversation as she runs
you in the Cadillac shuttle to and from the shop.

Sincere Interest and Concern
I'm on the road a lot these days between Prescott
and Las Vegas, and even Idaho. As a woman
travelling alone, it's a relief to know that I'll always
get there without trouble on the road. I feel safe as
can be, and about my daughter with her vehicle
also, as her vehicle is taken care of by Ultimate
too. We're treated like members of the family, with

Our family has had 4 auto worked on, at one time
or another. All work done is top notch. When you
come into Ultimate Automotive you are treated like
a family member. They are the most honest and
above board shop we have ever been to. From the
owners to all employees the are the nicest people

What a Relief !!
Another Auto shop estimated our repairs on our
1996 Chev Tahoe were $940. I decided to take it
to Al at Ultimate for a second opinion. Good thing
we did. He said $160 worth of repairs were all we
really needed. I'm so grateful to find Ultimate.... I
know I will be dealing with an "honest Abe" from
now on and that is rare in the automotive business.
