I want to personally thank Ultimate Automotive,
Rose, Al, and Aaron, for a truly pleasureable
experience that I never thought I would obtain in a
lifetime. Having a vehicle repaired !
I have been working on my own vehicles for over 40
years, mainly because I have a hard time finding
anyone that I would allow to work on my car.
Not anymore. And just in time. I am getting too old
to work on cars anymore, because of my health.
These people are professional, friendly, honest
concientious, and well qualified. They are their

More Turbo Please
Little over three weeks ago I came across an ad in
the newspaper about a new autoshop opening in
town. Being very picky on whom works on my
vehicle, I decided to drive down and meet the new
shop owners and have them take a look at my '96
Chevy Cavalier Z24. Since then I've enjoyed one of
the best experiences one can ask from an
automotive repair facility. Between the great
customer care, respect and honesty, intermixed
with great dedication to give the customer the best
experience possible and best prices, I was
shocked. The work they've done came out perfect
in a very timely manner for a huge job they
undertook.

Someone you can trust
When moving to a new town - the first thing you
look for is a family doctor and second is a
mechanic you can trust. Ultimate Automotive is
certainly a trustworthy business explaining every
repair needed and in my case, prioritizing the
repairs and working around my finances and
time. Of course, that Ladies Day Wednesday
Discount is a win-win situation.
The shuttle service is just another way Ultimate
Automotive is above and beyond any other auto
repair shop I know of.
Quality, great customer service, and reasonable
prices are all at Ultimate Automotive and I think we
all know how these traits are generally lacking in

into the shop is an experience that everyone
should take full advantage of. Al and Rose are
true caring professionals in every sense of the

Al is like a doctor of the automotive world. He has
some credentials to prove it. I appreciate his
guiding knowledge into repairing my car. He also
designed a future “prescription” if you will, for the
health of my car. I am taking his advice step by

Rose is a wonderful person, who makes you feel
at home in an automotive shop!!! She drove me
from Prescott Valley to my home in Prescott which
is up Thumb Butte! If I needed her to come get me
she would have done that also!
